Bitcoin price soars 20%, mining revenue soars 18.2% in May

PANews reported on June 24 that the investment bank Jefferies said that due to the 20% increase in the price of bitcoin and the only slight increase in the computing power of the whole network by 3.5%, the bitcoin mining revenue in May increased by 18.2% month-on-month. According to the report, the proportion of North American miners in the computing power of the whole network increased from 24.1% in April to 26.3% in May, of which MARA Holdings topped the mining volume in the month, reaching 950 bitcoins, an increase of 35% month-on-month.
