The fund was established on February 2, 2024, and as of July 31, 2025, it ranks first in its category in Bloomberg Asia Pacific, leading the market with characteristics such as transparency, low fluctuation, and verifiable net value. This collaboration directly addresses the four major pain points of on-chain wealth management: · Lack of custodial and auditable cash equivalents on-chain; · Low efficiency in switching funds between banks and on-chain; · Difficulty in unifying risk control audits across multiple jurisdictions; · Dispersed liquidity across multiple chains; OnChain provides RWA on-chain technology services, periodically calculating net value off-chain for on-chain updates, with shareholding and transfers controlled by allowlist and limits, and optimizing the redemption experience through self-developed liquidity mechanisms and liquidity contracts. Cactus Custody offers institutional-level custody services, employing multiple approval processes, multi-signature mechanisms, and cold-hot separation storage as multi-layer security measures, along with daily reconciliation and periodic audits to ensure consistency between accounts and assets, strictly isolating on-chain assets from operational funds, and preventing risks from hacker attacks or internal operational errors, thereby providing OnChain users with bank-level investment security guarantees to maximize the protection of user assets from on-chain fluctuations and external threats.
